one of my clients has received a order u/s 200A of IT Act 1961
for late filing of TDS return

now question is that can I appeal against this order

I have full time Certificate of Practice of ICAI

now my question is that can I join any college/Institution as a lecturer/teacher on monthly payment basis

If yes, plz refer provision of CA Act(if possible)

30 January 2014 ICAI allows to hold full time COP if the teaching hours do not exceed 25 hours a week.
