Can an apartment of 7 flats get a pan card from tax department? is agreement is enough for applying Pan card?
Bank had asked for pan as TDS is deducted at 20%.

Usually apartment owners form an association with a bye-law. Form 49A of the Income tax Rules,1962 ( PAN application form) along with a copy of the said bye law may be submitted to obtain PAN card.
