Dear Experts
A manufacture have factory and warehouse at different place need to get separate excise number for both. there is any return we have to fill for warehouse?

No need to registered with warehouse if cleared the goods after payment of excise duty.

Goods will be removed without payment of duty

If you want to remove the goods without payment of duty then you will take the permission to commissioner.

I am Not asking for any procedure of removal or procedure of registration. Simply I am asking do we need to file any return separately for Warehouse with separate Registration No.(Like ER-1 for Manufacture)

If premises is registered under central excise then filing of return is mandatory.

Mr. Arun thats I am aware of but I dont getting any information regarding form of return, date of return nd other particulars if u have those please share.
