respected sir,
i want to that in case a company (private limited) is formed on 24th jan'2008, then what is the last late for filing its annual return for p.y. 2007-08 and whether only one director can sign in the annual return using his digital signature ???

If accounts are closed on 31/03/2008 cut off date to file e-form 20B is 29/11/2008 provided AGM is held on 30/9/2008.
e-Form 20B can be digitally signed by only one Director.
Annual return in Schedule V Part 11 should be signed by two directors.
