Dear All,
My queries are,
1. What is the late filing fees for the year 2010-11 since the last date was October 31,2011.The Co. is a Pvt. Ltd. Co. with paid up capital of Rs. 1 Lac.
2. Can u please provide the format of Boards Report & Annual Report & Schedule VI of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c.

Additional fees payable as per Section 611(2) of the Companies Act, 1956 is given below.
1) Upto 30 days -- 2 times of normal filing fee.
2) More than 30 days and upto 60 days -- 4 times of normal filing fee
3) More than 60 days and upto 90 days -- 6 times of normal filing fee
4) More than 90 days -- 9 times of normal filing fee.
Fees payable can be known from the facility in https://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=15
