29 October 2010 can we revise annual retun?if yes how mny times are allowed and is there any penalty on revision?

29 October 2010 Annual return in e-form 20B ,once approved by MCA 21, cannot be revised.

29 October 2010 sir plz tell me what do you mean by approva.l is it the payment of fee paid by us.

29 October 2010 Agree with Sir...

After payment of ROC fee through challan your form 20B will be processed and approved and you'll get a system generated approval e-mail from MCA. After this you can not revise your e-form.

Can you please confirm, if i am filing revised Form-20B with ROC after the earlier Form-20B approval,Can ROC will reject the revised Form-20B.
