whether we have to file annual e-tds/tcs return? can you tell me the form number and date for filing the same?

06 November 2008 It is a complicated question.

You have to file it online to the IT dept.

Form depends on what type of TDS you are returning

Date for filing is within 15th day of the following month in which the quarter ended.

But my question is not about quarterly return. I am already submitting quarterly returns in form 24 for salaries and form 26 for other deductions. i want to know that, apart from these quarterly returns, is there any annual returns we have to submit? Hope you will reply.
