One Company is started on 09/03/2010. Whether Annual Filing for F.Y. 2009-10 is Required or not or we can file only for F.Y. 2010-11???

According to Income tax act 1961 every company has made there financial year from april to march from 1989 . It is called formal Assessment year .
From that dat every company has to file there return for the period of april to 31st march 2010 . Either with Value or nil .
so you have to file for the same period.
