Please tell me whether GST & DTC will be applicable for CA Final-Nov 2011 or not?

i know dear but GST & DTC is proposed to be applicable in india. in year 2011 GST & DTC may be applicable or may not be. how can we say that GST will applicable in 2011.

Yes i agree with you but we also cannot say it will not be applicable. It depends upon the Finance Act 2011 which a future thing.

yes dear its depands on budget for 2011. i think at present it is not possiable/feasible for us to determine that GST & DTC will be applicable for CA Final-Nov 2011 or not.
