08 April 2010 Whether amendments made in budget 2010 for restrospective effects since 01-04-09, are applicable for november-10 final exam of CA, e.g. amendments made in sec. 56(VII)gift will not be considered for transfer of immovable property for inadequate considereation.

21 April 2010 All the amendments made on or before 6 Months prior to examinations, are applicable to the exams. therefore amendments made in budget 2010 for retrospective effects since 01-04-09, are applicable for November-2010
