19 January 2015 See syllabus for May 2015 as notified by ICAI from below link--

Sections of the Companies Act, 2013 notified till 30th September, 2014 would be applicable for May, 2015 examinations for remaining part Companies Act 1956 will be applicable.

19 January 2015 Changes will also be there in Taxation due to applicability of amendments made vide Finance Act 2014. AY 2015-16 will be applicable. Updated Practice Manual and Study Material of Taxation has been uploaded and may be checked from link given below:
