introduction of new partner and reduction in share of existing partner. what should be done. can we make fresh deed or supplement deed. please provide draft copy

This is a constitutional change, therefore, supplementary deed of partnership will not suffice.

Reference of original deed is mandatory in the preamble of the reconstitution deed.
