Amendment in firms name in service tax

If a assessee is registered with Service Tax with name Abc Enterprise, now, they changes name Xyz Enterprise,

What is procedure to change name ? and after online submission ?
The PAN is same as its proprietary concern.

09 February 2016 you have to fill the ST-1 amendment of registration and submit online. and submit the documents related to name changes such as business licence with new firm name etc.
