Will institute gives number of attempts for new final syllabus or whether it is compulsory to shift to new syllabus from may 2016 attempt????

No announcement by ICAI in this regard but it is expected that ICAI will give some syllabus changeover time. So wait for ICAI Announcement in this regard,
