Amendement of Rule 3 - valuation of perquisites

21 October 2009 Consequent to withdrawal of FBT w.e.f. 1.4.09 and considering all FB as perquisites there should have been an ammendement in Rule 3 regarding valuation of perquisites. Has the IT dept released any notification in this regard?
