While filing GSTR 1 of June,18, wrong GSTIN was filled of one party. May I amend and correct the same in GSTR 1 of March,2019. If yes, please let me know the process.

Yes you can correct the same in march GSTR-1. Go to amended B2B section, and make necessary changes in GSTIN entered .
