Dear Sirs,
I have a private limited company formed in the year 2011. Till date no AGM has held. Now I want to insert a new object in the object clause to MOA. What is the procedure for that? pls elaborate.

Hello,
if you want to insert a new object clause in the Main object clause to MOA,,,
.
You have to pass special resolution in EGM,, if there is time in holding AGM,,
.
n have to file e-Form - 23 for the same.
