MY CLIENT HAVE AGRI LAND OWNED AND REGISTER IN FATHER NAME, FATHER IS SENIOR CITIZEN AND ALL FARMING IS TO BE DONE BY SON.
LAW SAY :- OWNER ONLY ELIGIBLE TO TAKE AGRI INCOME
CAN I TAKE AGRI INCOME IN SON'S TOTAL INCOME?
