06 March 2017 a person doing a job abroad owns a farm in his village and his wife is earning income by doing work in that farm,now in whose return that income should be disclose?

06 March 2017 As wife is operating the form and earning income disclose the income in the wife's return less rent for the form.
Farm rent to be disclosed in the return of husband if he has any other taxable income in India.

06 March 2017 thank you sirs for your reply,but i am confuse because when i called to TRPS he told me that,that income should be disclose only in the return of property owner.

07 March 2017 His wife is looking after the agricultural operations so it is her income only.
