Hi All,
One of my clients is trying to take loan from bank for buying a car , in his past two years IT return he hes delared agricultural income as 500000/- which infact he has recd it, But will bank grant loan based on the agricultural income or not? His salary income is just 150000/- .

YES,BANK CONSIDERED SALARY INCOME AS WELL AS AGRICULTURE INCOME FOR THE PURPOSE OF LOAN

Dear Mr. Abdul, in our country banks operates within the framework of various Statutes, rules, regulations and banks internal policies.
Each bank has different internal policies. Kindly visit two or three banks and do check whether they consider both agricultural income and salary income while granting loans.
