Please let me know is there any changes in format of AGM Notice under new Act. If there is a change, please provide an AGM Notice format.

23 August 2014 Yes there are changes as Notice of AGM should be in accordance with Companies Act, 2013. You are advised to download some annual reports of listed companies like reliance and infosys and go through the AGM notice.

Further take care of section 101 and 102 of companies act 2013 for preparation of AGM notice.
