is their any restrictions in the maximum period between issue of AGM notice and AGM Date?

04 February 2015 No maximum period. Inference is from corollary to section 101(1) of the Companies Act,2013.

Ps:- Practically it can't go beyond 183 days.
(march 31 to sept 30).
