Sir,
is their any restrictions in the maximum period between issue of AGM notice and AGM Date?

No maximum period. Inference is from corollary to section 101(1) of the Companies Act,2013.
Ps:- Practically it can't go beyond 183 days.
(march 31 to sept 30).
