27 October 2012 For a private limited company i have
submitted form-66 showing AGM ON 30.09.2012 (Sunday)

Form-66 already has been approved

what should I do?

form-23aca, 23ac and Form-20B still pending

I think, if possible file revise form-66 with ROC then file other annual forms.
