can any one tell me, diffirence in date of AGM or due date of AGM under roc form?????

well within 6 months from the date of financial year ending, agm should be held, so if 31 march, 2009 is f. y. date then upto 30 sept agm should be held so it is due date and agm can be held before this date also say 27 sept but due date and actual date of agm can be same.
