31 December 2011 Dear Sir,

A company filed ROC Form No.20 B & ( Form No.23AC,23ACA XBRL) show the date of AGM 20.06.2011 correctly.

But by mistake company shown the date of AGM in which Accounts are adopted in FORM NO.23AC i.e 20.09.2011 instead of 20.06.2011.

Is it tolerable mistake ? are any suggestion,please give the suggestion.

31 December 2011 revised filing of Annual filing eForm can be done in respect of the Forms already filed but the fees for subsequent revised filing shall be charged, assuming it as a new filing.

01 January 2012 Form can't be revised once it is approved. The mistake can't be rectified unless taken up by MCA voluntarily.
