WHAT IS THE TIME LIMLIT FOR ADJOURNED MEETING OF AGM?

Hi,
Adjourned AGM should be held within the statutory time limit.
If you fail to hold Adjourned AGM with in the original time limit then there may be violation of section 166 or section 210.
