sir, I have taken termination of articleship with in one year of completion through form 109.
Now it is one month that I am sitting freely at home without doing articleship. But now I would like to continue my articleship from February 1 onwards..
now what should I do to continue my articleship? (procedures)

then you need to file form 103 to icai and with your new principal (CA) AND 102 to your new ca.
Remember the time limit is 30 days to file with icai once your ca signs form 103.

Incase of transfer of articles with in one year
1)No need to wait for ICAI confirmation letter for approving transfer, they have to approve in any case
2)you may execute Form 103 and Form 102 with your boss and need to send form 103 to icai with in 30 days of date of start of articles
