This is mahesh, I want AFFIDAVIT FORMAT regarding following MCA Query :-

AFFIDAVIT ON 100/-RS STAMP PAPER DULY NOTARIZED SINCE THE SIGNATURE OF THE 1ST SUBCRIBER IS IN OTHER THAN ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

So please give me the format as earlier as possible.

I think, you have filed MOA and AOA with ROC with subscriber signature other than english language, right.

Draft Affidavit format :

AFFIDAVIT

I, Mr. Rakesh D/o, Shri Radhey Shyam Trivedi R/o B-1/21, Nikumbh Nagar,......... do solemnly and sincerely declare that :

1. I am one of the promoter/proposed Director of XYZ PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. That know both language English and Hindi and can read and write both of them.

3. That despite knowing English I sign in Hindi

4. I have subscribed my particulars in Memorandum and Articles of Association in English and signed in
Hindi.
