Is service tax liable for newspaper advertisement to media agency??

Hi Sahil,
As per Clause 'g' of Sec 66D Sale of space for advertisements other than radio or television is covered by Negative List. Thus sale of space in print media is covered by Negative list and service tax is not applicable on the same.
