16 April 2012 The Address proof is electricity bill for foreign director but the address is in Japanese Language. Can we get it translated in english in India. and who is authorised to translate. Can the director himself translate it. is it required to notorise again on the translation?

In case of foreign director,passport will be sufficient to take DIN of such person. No need to do such work. Passport is mandatory for foreign nationals.
