Hi,
Can the address of the Ptivate limited company and the address of firm of Statutory auditor of the same company be same?
Can the address of the Ptivate limited company and the address of firm of Statutory auditor of the same company be same?

There is no specific prohibition in law. But keeping one address may create lot of complications. So as per my suggestion avoid this situation.
