Additional place (branch office) in moa

19 April 2012 A pvt. Ltd. Company added a new branch Office for a existing business.
My query is, whether it is required to alter MOA to add new branch office of a company? If Yes then pls provide me the complete procedure for the same and relevant resolutions.
Pls help me out, its urgent.

19 April 2012 Hi

I think, MOA generally required the registered address of the company. Form-18 also demand the registered address of the company but not demand branch office address.

So, branch address is not required to give in MOA.
