In case if all the directors in co are additional, then in that case Is any one of them is liable to retire in this AGM coz all the three are appointed in this AGM.

As per my understanding there is no need to follow rotational retirement provisions this year.
However on a safer side. You may put a resolution for one resolution for rotational retirement after the regularisation resolution.
First regularise an additional director and then retire his under rotational retirement and re-appoint immediaterly.

As per your query, if all directors are additional director, all three directors will retire and the coming AGM until such directors are not regularize in general meeting.
