Dear Sir/Madam
A AND B started a pvt co., with 1 lac share capital fully subscribed by both, and now they want add C as director. please tell me process of adding director and transfer of shares. Please help me.

File DIR-12 to appoint Mr C as director.
For transfer of share , execute share transfer deed in form Sh-4 between transferor and the transferee.
For transfer of share , execute share transfer deed in form Sh-4 between transferor and the transferee.
