Dear friends....
Who can issue Actuary certificate? relating to gratuity and leave encashment....
Is someone eligible to issue certificate even though he is not a member of Institute of actuaries of Indian????
please clarify

Only a person registered as an Actuary with the Institute of Actuaries of India and holding a COP can issue an actuarial certificate.

ICAI has designed a course on VALUATION. Those who pass the said course are also eligible to issue the certificate subject to , of course, as rightly pointed out by CA Siddharth Bhardwaj
