my company was incorporated in 2000 and it is showing current status as dormant company.
i want to active the company then what should i do?
please give the name of form , list documents required and procedures to be followed to active the company.

25 February 2017 1. To e-file form GNL-1. Attachments are -
* application containing detailed reason
* affidavit in support of the application.

2. If application is approved, ROC will ask you to file pending forms/ returns.

3. If filing is done with in time allowed, status will change to 'active'.
