Anyone having any article regarding Accounting of Software companies (MNC) especially for GL Accounting (i.e.nature of transactions,process involved etc). Please forward me immediately.

12 November 2008 Better is to refer accounting policies of such companies. U can get annual report of wipro ltd, Infosys, etc.

Their accounting for sales & other are based on timesheet maintained by their engineers which shows how much time is devoted to anny project. Accordingly billing will be done.
