14 May 2014 Kindly help me for accounting entry if service tax in not claimed by service provider. Whether i have to apportion it or pay tax on it.

14 May 2014 Sir you mean ,that the service provider is not liable to pay service tax as he may be covered under SSP Limit or he was liable to pay service tax but he did not pay service tax??Please clarify
