Accounting head correction in case of e-payment

23 September 2010 We have deposited Rs.140000/- through e-payment under the head of "cess on other Commodities" instead of "Primary Education Cess" on 31.03.2010. So please explain me the procedure & respective circulars if any to apply for the correction of accouting head code.
