21 January 2011 Sir,
I am doing transport business and i am doing working on commision bases. I am received full amount in my A/C from party and after deduction of my commision we paid to vechicle owner by cash/chq.
In this case my total turnover crossed 40L so I am in tax audit critaria but my commision amount is appx 4L in this situation I am lible for tax audit or not?

and also how to maintain our book?
