when the exp is payable:
exp a/c
to employee's a/c (give narration)

when it is reimbursed to employee
employees a/c
to bank a/c

write narration.

24 April 2014 Hi sir Regarding student scholorship amount coming through cheque for our account and later we are going to issue cheque to student name and some times scholorship amount directly transfer to our account how to pass the entry in tally.

25 April 2014 you must credit all the amount to scholarship a/c and debit all the amount paid as scholarship to students:

when u recieve scholarship
Bank a/c....DR
to Scholarship A/c

When u give the above scholarship to students

Scholarship A/c....dr
to Cash /Bank a/c

27 May 2014 Hi sir Employees TDS Amount monthly Paying and later we received TDS challan how to pass the entry in tally help me out sir.. and it is payment entry or not sir.
