05 December 2010 Hi,

I was working as a paid assistant with an auditor for 2.5 years. i got converted to IPCC as i passed my first group of pe-2. I had to complete my ITT in dec batch but due to non availability of seats i need to do it in jan 2011. Now i have joined a CA. Can i register for articles and as i am working with him for dec and jan month will my service during these two months be counted as articleship period.

plz let me know soon.

Article ship will start from the date of registration and not before.I think the last two months will not count in articleship period.

My question was not that last two months will be counted or not, it was actually that can i register for articles in the month of dec 2010, before completing ITT classes. I have already paid prescribed fees for ITT training and that in the month of Jan 2011 i shall be attending the classes.
