about set off plz urgent

16 April 2011 if i have given nov 2010 ca final attempt both group and i failed but i got exemption in DT and IDT 65 and 64 marks respectively and i will give may11 attempt also both group . so plz tell me i am eligible for set off if i will not get 200 marks in 1st group ut i have passed in all subject ?( yadi mere 1st group me 198 marks aaye or mere 2nd group ka total 210 marks ho to kya muje 2 marks ka set off mileg ya ni ? )
