if i gave 1 group of final exam in may and i will get above 60 marks in 3 subject but not clear whole group and i will give november attemp 1 st group and remaining one subject of another group can i get set off ?

yes set off benifit vl b available to u in that case. Bt dear getting 60 marks in 3subjcts nd failing is very rare scenario.
