13 November 2013 For A.Y. 2012-13, ITR-4S was filed by mistake in January 2013 & submitted ITR-V to CPC for income earned from insurance commission income with claiming refund. But till now, It is neither processed nor any refund status shown. An enquiry was also made to Customer care 2 times & they had replied that process is pending & will be processed soon.

Now please suggest what to do?

13 November 2013 there is nothing you can do. The return is belated. So cant be revised. And even if they process it, it is possible they would deny claims as commission income is not allowed in ITR-4S.
