02 July 2013 I completed my first Group of Ipcc. I completed 1 year of my articles too. I am intended to do my Degree in open university. Now should i submit form 112 with the institute. What is the time span for submitting the same with the institute?

As it is open university, iam not attending any classes....

02 July 2013 yes..it is mandatory

you just submit form 112 to icai stating it is distance mode of education

and duly signed by you and your boss

03 July 2013 At least with in 30 days from the start of additional course

it will be okay icai will condone for some small delay also

so send 112 asap
