Dear Sir,
I am trying to upload the return of A TRUST , I have a query regarding the above organization with the following facts:
1. This trust is registered under Societies Act,1860
2. The Pan No. allotted to the organization is AAALG05694P and the fourth digit is L which signifies local authority.
3. The organization had been allotted certificate U/s 12A of the Income Tax Act,1961.
Which Income Tax From is applicable to the organization for income tax purpose.

please file ITR7 for this trust...

This is a vexed issue. System will not accept ITR-7 with PAN having L as 4th letter. ITR-5 is possible but section 11 benefit can't be filled therein.

i dont think there is any restriction. it would be great if you refer to any instructions for the same.
Also, Instructions to ITR7 does provide filing with status as local authority
