Suppose You are ABC ,you supply material to XYZ(your customer),Now your customer export the same goods to PQR(XYZ's Customer).In that case.You will get H form from XYZ,It is deemed export for you.Your are getting H form because of you sale material without sales tax to your customers.(i.e.NIL Tax Rate).
