15 October 2012 Say Company Taken Loan from bank, on creating charge on its fixed assets.

then who will file form 8 creation of charge, bank or company.

suppose bank filed form8, now while annual return filling by company, what details will go regarding this ??

Yes you will give the details of secured loan as on dare of AGM.

Whether the Form-8 filed by the Bank, it is filed on behalf of company.

16 October 2012 Detail of Secured Loan, Whether Giving Only a Single Amt Will work, Because in form 20B, only last line in page no. 2 asking for amt, not details.
