About defective returns

In A.Y.2013-14 the Trust has Defective Return, Then I Rectified the defective, but now it shows defective after rectification. Now How can I rectify the defective return. what is the process

Find out the defect, correct and try to upload again. If not possible to upload, move a
pettion before the commissioner of Income tax to condone the delay, If you get
condonation, file return afresh.
